Begin: 1996.

The beginnings of operation of the current CCC Group dates back to the first half of the 90s, when a Trading Company “Miłek” was established dealing with the retail and wholesale of footwear. Since 1996, the company developed the first franchise stores operating under the trade name “Yellow Foot- Żółta Stopa”

Registering a CCC Sp. z o. o., which based on its own commercial concept Price Makes Miracles – Cena Czyni Cuda (abbreviated to “CCC”) in a short time began cooperation with over a hundred newly acquired franchisees.

Putting into use the new storage base and headquarters in the Legnica Special Economic Zone in Polkowice. At the same time the shoe factory CCC Factory Sp. z o.o is formed which begins manufacturing.

Conducting a public offering of shares and making its IPO on 2 December 2004 at the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. The main shareholder is Dariusz Miłek – The President of Management Board of CCC S.A.

Establishment of the first subsidiary abroad – CCC Czech s.r.o, based in Prague. Company’s core business is the distribution of goods in the Czech market.

2005 December

The factory firstly recorded one million pairs of shoes manufactured during the year.

DECEMBER 2011

Completion of the investment construction of the Logistics Centre, the largest in the history of the company, located in Legnica SEZ in Polkowice. The modern, fully automated high-bay mini-load warehouse with a total area of 23 050 square meters is the largest of its kind in Central Europe.

2012 September

The establishment of the subsidiary CCC Shoes Hungary Kft., based in Budapest, which is responsible for the organization of sales in the Hungarian market.

March 2013

Registration of the subsidiary CCC Austria Ges.m.b.H., based in Graz, which began its expansion in the markets of Western Europe.

2013 May

The creation of two subsidiaries: CCC Hrvatska d.o.o., based in Zagreb (Croatia) and CCC Obutev d.o.o., based in Maribor (Slovenia).

2013 July

The next step to the markets of Western Europe and the beginning of expansion in Germany through the creation of a subsidiary CCC Germany G.m.b.H. based in Frankfurt.

January 2016

The acquisition by CCC S.A. nearly 75% of the shares in eobuwie.pl S.A.. The acquisition of a market leader in e-commerce sales of footwear in Poland expanded the activities of the Capital Group and enabled customers to shop online.

June 2016

Registration of the subsidiary CCC SHOES & BAGS d.o.o. Beograd – Stari Grad, based in Belgrade, and thus commencing operations in Serbia.

September 2016

The acquisition by a subsidiary CCC Shoes & Bags Sp. o.o. 75% stake in the Russian company CCC Russia Sp. z o.o. based in Moscow, which is the sole distributor of CCC products in the Russian market.

Thanks to its subsidiary eobuwie.pl S.A., the CCC Group is also the e-commerce leader on the footwear market in Central and Eastern Europe. The CCC Group operates nearly 1,000 stores, with the floor space exceeding 0.5 million m2, and is present in 19 countries in Europe and beyond. Fashionable and affordable products are offered to customers in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Germany, Serbia, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Romania and Estonia, Moldova, Greece and Sweden. CCC has its own factory of leather shoes, employs over 12,000 employees and sells nearly 50 million pairs of shoes annualy.
